This week we had to do an Explanation Text on whatever we liked I chose to do how to do a rainbow flick this is a couple of paragraphs of what I have written.

How to do a rainbow flick 

Do you like sports do you like football, are you struggling to do skills. Don't worry this piece of writing to help you, I will teach you how to do one of the most complicated skills and one of the most impressive skills this skill are difficult for some of the top athletes of football along the lines of Messi, Ronaldo and Neymar. Even though this impressive it's hard to do and you will not be able to to do it on the first try you need to have good ball control and balance and focus.


First to start you need to get a football/soccer ball and put it in a location that it stays still. And with your left or right foot whatever you prefer you put one foot slightly in front of the ball and your other foot behind it and with your foot that's behind the ball you roll it up your leg and lean forward with your front leg and then let go with your back leg and finally flick with your front leg backwards and if you do the steps that I have given you you should be able to do a rainbow flick.

Winter Sport review

Over the season in our Football team we had mixed success in our season. We had ups we had some downs but our season was pretty good. Our team faced some challenges but that just made us stronger we showed determination and persistence in our team. I enjoyed playing in midfield and striker that really helped me play and practise for my Saturday team.


This season I improved my running, sprinting and ball control. I like staying fit for football and cricket. What I enjoyed most about the season was my Friends. We played a lot better now that we know each  other better and we got better at passing and at talking to each other. here is a photo of my team

The Best Football game in the world

Its a cold day on the football pitch slippy and cold everybody is still ready to go, its St Francis vs St Martins. St Martins start of with the ball and its good passing but hes tackle by Zach and he boots it up the field to Lucas and he passes it to myself and it good dribbling but he gets tackled by the last opponent and he tries to pass it to his teammate and its intercepted by Dejon and passes it to Harry and it a long range shot and its in just before halftime the score is 1 - 0 to St Francis.


Now St Francis kicks of and Zach is up front and i'm at the back and Zach passes it to Lucas from kick of and he does some fancy moves and passes  to Zach and its a goal 2 - 0 to St Francis. St Martins kick of and he coming down the wing and hes tackled by myself  and i'm taking it back up the wing gliding pass defenders and I have a shot and I score and the ref blows for full time and St Francis win 3 - 0.
