Hi Ladies and Gentleman,
This week for peace week we it was all about inner peace, first we watched a video on how Po from kung fu panda learned how to acheive inner peace. then we read about Whare Tapu Wha. The four walls of well being. I read about physical well being . it was about how you need to eat and drink healthy and get at least 8 hours of sleep. then we were given a task we needed to color in a peace symbol here it is.
